Dogs or cats?
Growing up we had a golden retriever and chow chow mix. She was a medium sized dog, not too big and not too small. She was cute and fluffy – but the best thing was that she looked like a little lion. Without fail, little kids would run over to hug and pet her every time we took her for a walk. I’m not sure if she enjoyed all of the attention and little hands, but she patiently accepted their love. She was a beautiful dog and brought a lot of joy to our family.
Even though reminiscing about our childhood dog gives me the warm and fuzzies, thinking about dog songs for the playlist takes a left turn in the direction of Adam and the Ants’ Dog Eat Dog. Definitely not your warm and fuzzy song, but you got to love the tribal drums. When I first discovered Adam and the Ants, the music was a little confusing because it was a bit out there. There was just something about it that made it stick. Check out their album Kings of the Wild Frontier album if you have a little time on your hands.
…who else would place all their chips on antmusic, doubling down on the double drums, tuneful chanting, punk guitars, stylish braggadocio and an unhealthy obsession with pirates, cowboys and Indians…

Oh but wasn’t Adam Ant a good looking man. 1980’s music was definitely the best.

Yes, 80’s music was good incredible! It was so diverse. So many different sounds. So good!
I think most of my female friends would definitely agree with you. I thought he was really unique. Pirate? What the heck? He actually is a pretty good singer. I didn’t realize it until he went solo.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I appreciate it
