      1. I was seeing a therapist for awhile and that was one of the things they had me do. At first I thought it was nonsense but after doing it all the time and being on the right mindset, it helped a lot.

  1. I have had the same issue as this story right here. High blood pressure due to stress and had to learn how to breathe. Love the song by the way. I remember when it was first popular on the radio!❤️
